I understand that you are facing issue with the drivers, need not worry I'll be glad to assist you.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Have you tried to uninstall the drivers from the device manager?
Have you tried updating BIOS, Chipset?
However, remove the USB dongle
uninstall the drivers from device manager and restart the computer.
