[HBĐT] - Sáng 30/7, Văn phòng Tỉnh ủy mở lớp bồi dưỡng sử dụng phần mềm xác thực, chứng thực chữ ký số và hướng dẫn phần mềm dùng chung Lotus Note 8.5. Tham gia tập huấn là cán bộ quản trị mạng, văn thư các cơ quan chuyên trách tham mưu, giúp việc Tỉnh ủy; Huyện ủy, Thành ủy, Đảng ủy trực thuộc.
Cán bộ Văn phòng Tỉnh ủy hướng dẫn học viên về phần mềm Lotus Note 8.5.
Trong 2 ngày, học viên được hướng dẫn cách chuyển cơ sở dữ liệu phần mềm dùng chung Lotus Note 8.5 về Văn phòng Tỉnh ủy để xây dựng Trung tâm Tích hợp dữ liệu; hướng dẫn cài đặt chứng thư số trên mạng internet, khắc phục một số lỗi trong quá trình cài đặt, sử dụng.
Qua lớp bồi dưỡng giúp học viên nắm được cách cài đặt, quản lý, vận hành phần mềm xác thực, chứng thực chữ ký số, phần mềm Lotus Note 8.5, công tác văn thư, quản lý văn bản đi, đến trong cơ quan, tổ chức Đảng, phục vụ cho việc lưu giữ, tra cứu, sử dụng khi cần thiết.
