My favourite artist isn’t playing, not fair, I haven’t seen them live before?

Intoxication policy

Anyone arriving at the festival intoxicated, will be refused entry and may lose their means of entry (ticket/wristband).

I need to bring along prescribed medication, is that ok?

  1. Bring a copy of the prescription or a letter of explanation from a registered medical practitioner.
  1. Ensure the quantity carried is the minimal required for duration.
  1. Be prepared to be challenged at the gate or in the festival but do not seek to conceal medication.

TICKETS

Why is there a 'resale' fee?

For each ticket returned, there will be a resale fee charged to the purchaser, a booking fee, and a card processing fee which is non-refundable. Card Processing Fees are charged as a percentage of your total order, you can find this on the checkout confirmation page.

Will the Premium VVIP be in front of VIP?

No. The location of the Platinum VVIP section will not be in front of the VIP section - it will have its own area to the front side of the stage, in a premium position with an elevated viewing platform.

Why is there a name change fee?

Changing the name on a ticket incurs a cost as there's service fees for using a third party platform to do so. These costs cover the administration required to make the change - it also helps prevent the same ticket being on sold in a fraudulent manner.

Why is the Platinum VVIP so expensive?

The Platinum VVIP package adds a lot of value for the two days, including a private zone with access to an elevated viewing platform, all you can eat gourmet food, a premium complimentary drink selection, access to the VVIP lounge where you'll get the opportunity to hang out with some of our artists plus additional extras like plenty of shade, seating and premium bathrooms - this is a premium package for those who want to be a little 'extra' with their festival experience.

Why did you create a Platinum VVIP option?

We created the Platinum VVIP option due to significant demand and enquiry from ticket holders who wanted to upgrade their experience beyond VIP, and the result is the new Platinum VVIP package. We know that it’s not for everyone - but we are trying to cater for everyone with an option to suit.

Why can't I refund my ticket?

Unfortunately, both options for refunds have now closed.

Why can't I purchase tickets on a PayPlan anymore?

PayPlan is spread out over 6 weekly payments, as we are less than 6 weeks out from the festival, PayPlan is no longer available.

Why am I paying for a name change? ($20 per ticket returned)

Changing the name on a ticket incurs a cost as there's service fees for using a third party platform to do so. These costs cover the administration required to make the change - it also helps prevent the same ticket being on sold in a fraudulent manner

Where’s my Free T-Shirt

All t-shirts were sent out in April.   Please email our dispatcher OL22earlybirdtees@gmail. com and they will be able to advise you further.

Where to get tickets?

You can purchase tickets for One Love 2023 here

Where do I get hardcopy tickets?

At this stage, hard copy tickets are not available. If, and when, they do become available, a list of sellers will be available at. https. //www. onelovefestival. co. nz/

VIP is going to be packed, why did you add more tickets for the Premium VVIP?

We are not adding more tickets. We have reallocated 500 of the remaining VIP tickets to create 250 VVIP tickets, so we actually have reduced ticket numbers.

Ticket Issues

If you have any additional ticketing queries or need support with your Ticketspace account, please contact. support@ticketspace. nz

The line-up has changed and I want a refund

We had every intention of bringing the line up as it was and our team worked tirelessly to ensure this was the case however the ongoing situation with COVID, government mandates, MIQ and the developments of Omicron overseas have meant that we needed to make some changes which were only finalised late last week.

We understand why you're frustrated - if you no longer wish to attend the festival, our resale platform is now open will be available until the weekend - if you’d prefer not to wait or if you have a buyer, you can login to your Ticketspace account and do a name change on the ticket. We do have two amazing FULL days of good vibes planned, we hope you'll stick with us but we understand if you are no longer wanting to attend.

Read our T&C’s here: https://www.onelovefestival.co.nz/termsandconditions

Our ticket resale platform is open now until this weekend. You’ll receive an email confirming the refund if your tickets have resold - there is strong demand for all ticket types and this will increase as we get closer to the festival. However, if your ticket does not sell within 7 days prior to the festival taking place, you will receive your ticket back from Ticketspace and it will be valid for use at One Love Festival 2022.

You can list your tickets for resale here: https://bit.ly/OneLove22Returns.

Please note:

  • You will receive the face value of your ticket which does not include booking, card process and resale fees.
  • If you paid via payment plan, you will receive your resale fund the same way.

Ticketspace or One Love Festival will not be liable for any tickets purchased outside of the Ticketspace platform. We advise against buying and selling tickets via unauthorised websites due to the high risk of fraud and scalping.

My ticket has been returned but I still can’t go - can I get a refund?

Resell your ticket to a specific person

The person you're selling the tickets to will need to submit a request form so the team at Ticketspace can send them a link to then purchase your tickets - you can find this form here: https://bit.ly/OneLove22TicketRequest

Once they've done that, Ticketspace will approve that request and they'll send them the link that will be active for 1 week to allow them to purchase your tickets. As your email is in the return form, and once your friends enter their details, this will notify Ticketspace who will send them the unique link.

Alternatively you can pay to have the name on your ticket changed to your specific person. The ticket will remain in your Ticketspace account, but since you know the person, this should be fine:

To change the name on your tickets, follow the steps below:

I’ve been approved for a refund but the card I used when booking is expired/stolen/missing - can I change the account number?

The money will be automatically refunded to the card used to purchase the tickets. If your card has expired/been cancelled or replaced the money will generally go into the new account with your bank, or into a holding account with your bank which needs to be allocated to your account by the bank. We cannot change the card/account the money is refunded to, nor do a direct transfer to an account due to anti money laundering policies. If you do not receive the funds and are not reflecting in your account within the next 5 working days, please contact your bank for further information.

I’ve submitted my ticket for resale - why is it taking so long?

All ticket resales are manually processed and there is a bit of a process in doing so, as we have to connect a seller to a new buyer. As you can imagine, we are dealing with many requests both ways - especially our ticketing partner Ticketspace who are experiencing high demand at the moment with other events around the country.

We have a dedicated team working hard behind the scenes to process these requests. Once your ticket has sold, you’ll receive an email confirming the refund once your tickets have resold - there is strong demand for all ticket types and this will increase as we get closer to the festival.

I’ve already submitted my tickets for resale but have found a buyer - what do I do?

If you get in touch with support@ticketspace. nz with your Confirmation ID, the email used when booking and details with the new buyer, they can help you with this.

It won't let me submit more tickets for resale under the one email?

Please get in touch with support@ticketspace. nz and they can assist you further.

If I buy a resale ticket, how do I know that the original ticket won’t be used?

Once someone puts their ticket through the resale platform, the original ticket becomes void and cannot be used. If you purchase a resale ticket, you will be issued with a new ticket.

I'm a hungry, thirsty person, can i 'go hard' in the Platinum VVIP?

The Platinum VVIP package includes everything you’ll need to enjoy One Love with a premium experience. It’s all inclusive of gourmet food and beverages - that said we want you to have a good time and last the distance so with drinks, keep in mind that it’s a marathon - not a sprint. There will be a limit on the number of drinks you can order at time and all of our standard rules apply. Our responsible service policy means any person who is intoxicated will be refused service.

If my ticket doesn't resell by the time of the festival, will I get refunded?

There is strong demand for all ticket types and this will increase as we get closer to the festival. However, if your ticket does not sell within 7 days prior to the festival taking place, you will receive your ticket back from Ticketspace and it will be valid for use at One Love Festival 2022.

I want to list my VIP ticket for resale

You can list your tickets for resale here. https. //bit. ly/OneLove22Returns. As you have VIP tickets, we anticipate these will be resold quickly as they're in high demand. However, if your ticket does not sell within 7 days prior to the festival taking place, you will receive your ticket back from Ticketspace and it will be valid for use at One Love Festival 2022.

I thought One Love has sold out - why are you selling new tickets?

One Love Festival is sold out - the tickets available are resale tickets which are from those who no longer wish to attend the event, hence the additional resale fee to facilitate the ticket exchange.

I no longer wish to attend One Love - what do I do with my ticket?

Unfortunately as per our Terms and Conditions, all our ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you still no longer wish to attend the festival, you're more than welcome to change the name on the ticket to allow someone else to attend.

To change the name on your tickets, follow the steps below:

1. Visit https://tickets.ticketspace.co.nz/my-tickets/login

2. Click My Events, and show details

3. Click the event under 'orders related to this event'

4. Scroll down and it will show you the ticket type under 'Tickets' as well as the name on the ticket on the right

5. Click 'EDIT NAME'

Please note: One Love Festival and Ticketspace will not be held responsible for misuse of ticket name change or fraudulent tickets.

I paid via payment plan - why am I getting refunded in different payments?

If you paid via payment plan, it is refunded the same way in 6 payments.

I bought my ticket online from TicketSpace but I want a hard copy ticket?

A list of hard copy ticket sellers will be available on the One Love website at a future date – announced on Facebook. Unfortunately, you cannot swap your online e-ticket for a hardcopy ticket.

I no longer want to 'resell' my ticket

We are sorry that you missed out on the Earlybird tickets. This was only open for a limited time. We understand that this makes no difference to you.

I haven't been sent my ticket yet?

Tickets were not sent in the post. If you haven't received them via email, you should be able to log into your Ticketspace account and view them there. If you cannot see them, please contact [email protected]:

  1. Log into your My Tickets at Ticketspace
  2. View/Print your tickets

Payment Plan Tickets

If you have tickets on payment plan and still have outstanding payments to make, you will not have been sent your e-ticket just yet. You will receive your tickets once you've paid for the tickets in full.

However, if you have paid for your tickets in full and still haven't received them via the email used when purchasing the tickets, please contact [email protected] and they can help you further.

I can't find my confirmation ID?

With the Confirmation ID, you would've received this via email when purchasing the tickets. It is not uncommon for your confirmation email to end up in the SPAM/JUNK folder of the email used when purchasing tickets. We'd recommend checking this folder for any emails that start with “Your Receipt For”.

Alternatively, you can log into your My Tickets account on Ticketspace and find your confirmation there. If you have any issues, please email [email protected]

  3. Confirmation ID (if you have it)

   4. The event Your correct email address

I brought a ticket off someone on FB, but they haven’t sent me the ticket and they blocked me – can you do something about this?

We try to discourage people from buying ‘second-hand’ tickets as we will not be held responsible for fraudulent tickets. Unfortunately, we have no way of tracing the ticket.

I am still waiting for confirmation that my tickets have been accepted

You’ll receive an email confirming the refund once your tickets have resold - there is strong demand for all ticket types and this will increase as we get closer to the festival.

How much will i receive for my resale ticket?

You'll receive the face value of your ticket - this does not include resale, card processing or booking fees.

How can I split my tickets if I ordered more than one?

You cannot split the tickets on Ticketspace as if tickets are purchased in one order together, they will stay together. We’d recommend using a PDF splitter online, or screenshotting each individual ticket.

How long does it take to process my ticket through TicketSpace Resell?

Resale refunds are processed if your tickets are repurchased - demand for tickets is increasing and we expect this to continue right through until the event.

However, if your ticket does not sell within 7 days prior to the festival taking place, you will receive your ticket back from Ticketspace and it will be valid for use at One Love Festival 2022.

Entry procedure (ticket scan/wristbands/topups)

When you arrive at the entry gates to One Love:

  1. your ticket will be scanned and paired to a Wayver wristband
  2. The wristband will be attached to your wrist.

Door Sales?

Do I need to print tickets?

No you do not need to print your tickets, save the trees. Your ticket can be scanned directly from your smart phone. Please be sure to download your tickets on your phone prior to the event or take a clear screenshot of your ticket, to ensure smooth sailing when entering the event.

Delayed Delivery (tickets)

Delayed delivery is exactly as it says, it is a suspension of tickets being emailed to the customer until 7 days prior to the event taking place. This is a process implemented to prevent ticket scalping on un-authorised sites and fraud.

The tickets will be emailed to the buyer 7 days prior to the festival.

No, a camping ticket admits one person into the campground – you can share a tent with your friends, but each person will need a camping pass to enter the campgrounds.

We advise against buying second hand online tickets, especially form people you don't know - there will be name checks (on tickets) at the gate, and if your name doesn’t match the ticket, you may be refused entry.  Only the original ticket owner can change the name on the ticket.

We strongly discourage people from buying ‘second-hand’ tickets as neither One Love Festival or Ticketsapce will be responsible or liable for fraudulent tickets.  The only safe way is to purchase tickets from the One Love Festival website via Ticketspace. This way the ticket officially becomes yours registered to your email address.

Apply to be a Vendor

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the 2023 One Love Festival, there are a few things to note:

  1. You must be certified and/or have a Mobile License - please check out Tauranga City Council website here, for Mobile Shop info and application
  2. You must be as self sufficient as possible - lighting, rubbish etc
  3. You must use all eco-ware products.
  4. You must have enough products to last the duration of the festival - approximately 20 hours (10 hours per day)
  5. Preference will be given to vendors that differ from others - i.e. burgers/fries etc are a common product which we have plenty of, that doesn't mean we will not accept your application as your burgers may differ in another way.
  6. Site space may be limited so preference may be offered to smaller stalls based on available space

Please fill in the VENDOR FORM - this does not guarantee you a spot. We already have a long list of current vendors and a waiting list, but you may have something special to offer, so don't let that discourage you.

Applications close 24th July - all applications submitted after the 24th July will be added to the waitlist but may still have the opportunity to be a vendor.

We will endeavour to be in contact with you over the next couple of months.

COVID

With the new traffic light system in place, will the festival go ahead?

In line with the latest government announcements, we can confirm that One Love Festival will be able to operate safely in red with no restrictions on the number of attendees as we are an outdoor festival

Will the Festival go ahead if we are in lockdown due to Covid?

Based on the current lockdown structure, if we are in any other level other than Level 1 - the festival will be postponed and tickets will be honoured for the new date. However, the government has indicated that they're looking to mandate vaccine passports as a requirement to enter large events - where the possibility of large events occurring during Alert Level 2 could happen - although this has not been fully confirmed as of yet. We will be able you give you an update on this once we have more information.

I only have 1 vaccination and my second one is due after the festival - can I still attend?

No sorry - the only way that One Love Festival can operate is by requiring a Vaccine Pass to enter the festival, and you must be double vaxed to receive a Vaccine Pass

Will I need to wear a mask and physically distance from others?

In line with the latest government announcements, face masks may be encouraged, but not required for patrons entering the event.

I haven’t been vaccinated, can I still come to the festival?

Unfortunately no. Based on the traffic light system rules, if we are at Green or Orange, to enter the festival, you will be required to have a Vaccine Certificate and these will be checked on arrival by security. This applies to all attendees, staff and artists. Note that Tauranga Moana is currently at Orange. If this was to change to Red, the festival would be postponed.

Postponement of One Love

The Promoter reserves the right to change the Event date, time, venue or line up for any reason . If the Event for which this ticket is issued is rescheduled The Promoter may continue to hold payment for the ticket and the ticket holder shall not be entitled to a refund. I have a cold, but I feel fine, can I still come to the festival?

If you have cold, flu or Covid symptoms, stay home and call your doctor – you may be refused entry.

Can I just show a negative Covid test instead of a Vaccine Pass?

No sorry - the only way that One Love Festival can operate is by requiring a Vaccine Pass to enter the festival

Contact tracing

It is vital that tickets be in the name of the person attending the festival as all ticket purchaser details are automatically included in the contact tracer database of TicketSpace - please ensure you hav valid ID to match the name on the ticket.

Upon arrival at the festival, please use the NZ Covid Tracer app to scan the Event specific QR codes.  Such QR codes will be located at points of entry, and around the Venue.

I have a vaccine exemption, can I still come to the festival?

We currently do not have enough information from the government to answer this question. Once we know more, we will be able to answer this.

Whanau - we stand by you and your decision on vaccinations, whatever that may be. We are all for unity, love and respect. Please be kind to our team who are working hard to ensure that we deliver a festival for you this summer.

Do artists, staff and attendees have to be vaccinated?

Yes.

Do I need to be vaccinated?

If you do not receive the funds and are not reflecting in your account within the next 5 working days, please contact your bank for further information.

Alternatively, you can now edit your refund submissions by logging into your TicketSpace account.

I've paid for accommodation and it's non-refundable, what should I do?

We encourage you to speak with your accommodation provider and ask for flexibility and fairness on this.

What happens if I cannot make the new date?

If you cannot make the April 2 and 3 postponement dates, you have two options - you are able to get a refund of theface value of your ticket/s OR you can opt to roll your ticket over to our 2023 event.

I bought my ticket privately from someone else, can I still apply for a refund

If the ticket was sold privately, when a refund is requested on that ticket it will go to the original purchaser - we would recommend contacting the person you brought it off.

If I want to upgrade from GA to VIP, how do I do this?

You will have to get your ticket refunded and then from there, purchase a VIP ticket.

Cancellation of One Love

Except in circumstances beyond our control, the event will take place rain or shine. If the event is cancelled for any reason, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. If The Promoter deems it necessary to abandon the event due to the forces of nature or any other reason, refund of an amount other than face value (excluding booking fees) of the ticket is at the discretion of The Promoter .

How long will my refund take to process?

Event organisers and ticketing agencies are currently experiencing a high number of changes which are causing delays. Once you have completed and submitted the refund form, we expect your refund to be processed within 3-5 working days.

VVIP

I'm a hungry, thirsty person, can i 'go hard' in the Platinum VVIP?

The Platinum VVIP  package includes everything you’ll need to enjoy One Love with a premium  experience. It’s all inclusive of gourmet food and beverages - that said we  want you to have a good time and last the distance so with drinks, keep in  mind that it’s a marathon - not a sprint. There will be a limit on the number  of drinks you can order at time and all of our standard rules apply. Our  responsible service policy means any person who is intoxicated will be  refused service.

VIP is going to be packed, why did you add more tickets for the Premium VVIP?

We are not adding  more tickets. We have reallocated 500 of the remaining VIP tickets to create  250 VVIP tickets, so we actually have reduced ticket numbers.

Can I upgrade my existing ticket to either VIP or Platinum VVIP?

Yes, you will need  to purchase the new ticket you want using the same email address you used  when you purchased your current ticket, and once complete email  support@ticketspace. nz with your original confirmation ID and they will  cancel and refund your original ticket.

Will the Premium VVIP be in front of VIP?

No. The location of  the Platinum VVIP section will not be in front of the VIP section - it will  have its own area to the front side of the stage, in a premium position with  an elevated viewing platform.
