| Pork | Gathered by skinning boars and pigs. |
| Game Meat | Gathered by skinning rabbits. |
| Egg | Obtained from turkeys. |
| Poultry | Gathered by skinning turkeys. |
| Mushroom | Harvested from Fungi. |
| Sausage | Crafted from the Kitchen. |
| Pastry Crust | Crafted from the Kitchen. |
| Pasta | Crafted from the Kitchen. |
| Bread | Crafted from the Kitchen. |
| Corn | Obtained from Provisions Containers. |
| Red Meat | Gathered by skinning cows, sheeps, churros, wolves, goats, bears, bisons, alligators, and cats. |

| Broccoli | Harvested from Broccoli crops. |
| Orange | Harvested from Blueberry Bushes |
| Lemon | Obtained from Provisions Containers. |
| Venison Tenderloin | Harvested from elks. You can find large clusters of these to the south of the Reekwater settlement near Fisher's Glory, and to the west of the Skysong Temple near the Skysong Shrine. |
| Wheat | Harvested from Wheat Plants and obtained from Provision Containers. |
| Tender Wolf Loin | Gathered by skinning wolves. They can be found in the areas around Settlements. |
| Delicate Fish Filet | Obtained by salvaging Electric Eel, Swordfish. |
| Poultry Breast | Gathered by skinning turkeys. |
| Poultry Thigh | Gathered by skinning turkeys. |
| Apple | Obtained from Provisions Containers. |
| Tomato | Obtained from Provisions Containers. |
| Rich Bear Flank | Gathered by skinning bears. They are commonly located to the west of Ebonscale Reach Settlement in the mountainous area of Serenity Rise, to the east of Brightwood Settlement in Greyvale, and the northeastern regions of Mourningdale. |
| Pork Belly | Gathered by skinning boars. You can find boars at the original starting areas near Watchtowers and the surrounding areas of each Settlement. |
| Sumptuous Rabbit | Gathered by skinning rabbits. These are scattered all over Aeternum, but they are particularly concentrated in the areas surrounding Everfall Settlement, namely Faith's Bounty and Valle Tempus. |
| Prime Red Meat | Obtained from Wolves, Bears, Alligators, Cats, Goats, Sheep, and Bison. |
| Coconut | Obtained from Provisions Containers. |
| Rice | Obtained from Provisions Containers. |
| String Bean | Obtained from Provisions Containers. |
