Please note that your course will time out after several minutes of inactivity. Expiration Date of Course: All CE courses must be completed within 30 days from registration or by June 10th. All courses MUST be completed by June 10th to ensure a timely renewal. It is very important to note that continuing education providers are not permitted to offer courses for CE credit between June 11 and June 30 of each year. Thus, you will not be able to access or complete your CE courses between June 11 and June 30 of each year. Certificate: With few exceptions, online course completion certificates are available for download at course conclusion and posted directly to your dashboard account. License Renewal Info: A recent law change requires all Broker licenses to be renewed on the North Carolina Real Estate Commission website. Online LimitationsThe 4 hours of mandatory coursework must be taken with an instructor in a live setting (in-person or virtual). Only the 4 elective hours may be taken online.
