Everyone is freaking out about waiting a month for their package, but it is covid! It is not BH cosmetics fault. The eyeshadow pallets and eyeliners I ordered arrived in just under a month. The quality was way above what i expected for the price. Im really very happy with this purchase and will definitely be ordering again. Im so glad i ordered before reading these reviews because they would have stopped me from ordering. A little patience goes a long way during these times.

Don't order from this company! I ordered on 07/07/20 and my order is STILL pending shipment! I emailed CS, and they basically told me too bad! They wouldn't let me cancel my order although it's still pending shipment! I ordered from glow recipe on 7/12, and they have already sent me shipping confirmation! During this pandemic I have ordered from several companies and have had 0 issues! Go elsewhere with your hard earned money

So far I've made around 2 orders to BH Cosmetics. I had no issue the first time, as it said on the site, it would be 1-3 days to process, then 8 days to ship. So far it has done this both times with no issue. The products worked great and didn't arrive broken. The tracking was extremely accurate down to the minute they put it on my doorstep. I see many reviews talking about issues of shipping times, but judging from how easily I could track my package with little issue, that's less of BH's fault and more of FedEx's [the shipping service they use] fault. Or just maybe a lot of people who didn't put their address correctly/other issues on their part.

Scam. Ordered from BH Cosmetics official website but never received my makeup palette. Package was sitting in another state for 2 weeks. I disputed the charge and got my money back. Do not order from here. They just want your money and not to see you happy. Screenshots were taken February 23,2021.

I've ordered from BH Cosmetics twice... I own maybe 5 or 6 eye shadow palettes and 3 blush palettes and a set of brushes and have been extremely happy with all of my purchases [along with a purchase from Ulta which is where I found the brand originally]. This makeup is reasonably priced and looks good on... there are a variety of shades/colors and I had zero problem with shipping/tracking/delivery.
I'm glad I ordered before seeing all these reviews as I'm very satisfied and if I had seen these reviews first, I'd never tried them out. IBY Beauty is another fave... just because make up is more expensive, doesn't make it better quality.

I ordered my products over a month ago however every time I check the delivery status it said that it didn't ship as yet [still at warehouse]. When I requested a refund after waiting for a month, they decided to ship the products. I told them that it was way out of delivery eta and I didn't want them anymore. They are refusing to give me a refund and have been ignoring my requests. I still didn't get the products even though they were shipped. I filed a claim with Paypal. Lets see if it works.

Ordered eyeshadow palettes for my daughters, contour palettes and Brazil palette for myself. The same eyeshadow tub in both daughters palette is broken and all over the box. I called customer service. They do answer you just have to let the phone ring move that 50×s. The girl who answered was indifferent said she would mail me 2 more throw them away. I didn't want to because it was Dec 10th. I asked her to just send me the 2 individual replacement pod. So I wrapped them and waited for return. My girls opened them and I put 'em in corner until new package arrived. I go to post office to pick up something else and they hand me the replacement shipment on dec 29th. Post office said it had been there for 7 days but they never sent me an email to say it was otw. Open the boxes THE SAME TWO EYESHADOWS BROKEN AND ALL OVER PACKAGING!@

The negative reviews on here almost persuaded me not to order from them, but the weekend sale prices were amazing so I gave it a shot. I got my shipment five days after ordering [not bad at all] and love my items [shadow/ blush/ brushes/ concealer]. They sent regular emails updating me on the progress of my order, including one with my tracking number as soon as it was created. The items were well packed in bubble wrap I'm not sure if I got lucky or the negative reviewers on here got unlucky, but I've had zero issues with this company and I'll definitely buy from them again.

I have been ordering from another site till shipping became an issue. I noticed BH had a lot of similar items as Colourpop. My first order arrived in record time, and I loved, loved, loved the palettes. I ordered more today, and a few hours later I received my shipping. I am in love with BH Cosmetics. Fast shipping, great product. What's not to love.

Never i mean NEVER buy any thing that's on sale colors are not as displayed in pic off sight colors aren't pigmented I'm very upset and unhappy I sent an email to them da lady said that's how we keep things affordable $#*! I'd rather pay full price for good make up then wast my money on something I could've gotten out dollar tree

I swear they must order from China... switch products to their container... then ship to the customer! I mean... I can't think of any other reason for the 'Slow-Slug' Shipping! And it's a shame too, because otherwise, they would get 5 stars on every review because the PRODUCTS ARE AWESOME! I can't believe BH Cosmetics allow their shipping to drag the company through "Crap Reviews!" If they would just modify their shipping methods, they would be great all around!

Maybe I lucked out, but I ordered my products last Friday, and received today. I had free shipping, and completely understand economy shipping to keep the price down.
I'd be annoyed if I were paying a subscription for free shipping and had to wait a week for my order, but these are all discounted products and part of that discount passed on is keeping shipping costs at a minimum. You're not getting 2 day delivery with that price breakdown.

I placed my order after not being able to sleep at night then decided to look at some reviews after the fact that I placed my order. So after reading a few reviews on different websites I got a little worried about shipment/ delivery. I read of many receiving broken products but I'm glad to report that I just got my shipment today and everything was as explained on their website. It took 3 to 4 business days for them to ship it out I did get a tracking number immediately. Plus I received a text and e-mail stating my tracking number and also that a label had been made. My package was even delivered two days before estimated delivery so overall I am very happy with BH Cosmetics. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones, but for it to go from Hollywood California all the way to the Rio Grande Valley in Texas and not one broken item I am very pleased. Thank u b h cosmetics.

Unlike all the other low star ratings, I received my packaging within 5 days. The package was wrapped beautifully [with several layers]. All of my palettes arrived safely.
In addition, the site always has sales & promo code flowing. The price is very affordable!

I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received my items. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts for my daughter, but the way it's going I probably wont receive anything till after the holidays. I order makeup all the time offline from companies like tarte and too faced and always recieve merchandise within a week. I really wanted to love this company bc of quality versus price but I will never order anything from their website again!

I have ordered from them at least twice, and each time the package has taken longer than expected. I absolutely love what I have gotten from them, the mascara I'm still on the fence about but everything else I love. The packaging it's shipped in is amazing, everything came perfectly packed no damage. I sent an email asking a question to them and received a quick response. The eye shadows are so pretty and have such great color. The lip pencils and liquid lipsticks are so pigmented and have great staying power. Overall, I would recommend ordering very early and paying attention to the sales. I would order again and suggest this company to others.

First, the products are fantastic. Highly pigmented and excellent prices. I have found them to be on par or better than much more expensive brands. In fact, I was just comparing one of their liquid lip colors to a similar product from Anastasia Beverly Hills and found the BH Cosmetics product performed better.
Second, my past and recent orders have been timely and shipped just as expected. I ordered products last month that shipped within three days and I received four days later. Now, I'm on a west coast, only a couple of states away from their location, so it's possible that influences my positive shipping experiences.

I placed my order for the Bubzbeauty Be make up palette on October 2nd 2016 and the palette arrived to on October 13. I was amazed by how quickly the shipping was from California to Alberta Canada! What's even more amazing is that I ordered the palette 2 days after they just released and posted the item for sale and the palette was sold out in 5 days. The crazy part is that 3 of my other friends in Alberta also got their palettes delivered the same day as me. The palette is so beautiful, very affordable and carefully packaged.
All in all I will definitely purchase from BH Cosmetics again in the future.

This is my first time buying anything off this site and was excited to get my hands on the makeup that I ordered. I spent over $40 just to get free shipping. From what I know, it should take not even a week to get something from California to Texas. Very unhappy at the fact that it takes DAYS to get the order processed and get your tracking number. I placed my order on November 10 and still haven't heard anything about my order. I sent email and nothing. Very unhappy, this company takes too long to send out great makeup...

I ordered 6 products from Bh and honestly thought the 5 star reviews could not be for real but to my amazement the packaging, palettes and products they contained are wonderful. I usually purchase lines that are much more expensive but am now on disability and on a budget. I am so happy i decided to take the risk and save some money. It was well worth it. I am not at all disappointed. All i can say is why pay more when there is no need to. Bh is the bomb.

You wont receive you order and they will take days to contact you back it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my refund for the order I never got that should have been delivered on the 7th it's now the 18th and they just dont care. It's a never again for me. Dont let them scam you as well.

I ordered some makeup brushes during a sale where all brushes were 35% off and I honestly didnt expect much because I was getting the brushes for such a good price. They came super fast and was so surprised with quality. They were super soft and fluffy brushes and the makeup bag that came with one set was super nice quality. I use the brushes everyday to do my makeup and I cant ever go back to my old ones.
