The iXpand drive supports Files App on iOS 13 and above using the Lightning connector. However, it requires the iXpand Drive app to be installed on the iOS device with Lightning ports. The Files app uses the iXpand Drive App as a file browser in order to view or save files.

Copy Photos and Videos to iOS Device
- Install SanDisk iXpand Drive from the App Store.
- Open Apple Files app, then tap iXpand Drive.
- Tap on a folder to view the files.
- Tap on a file to open it.
- To save files to the iOS Device or other apps or services, open a file and tap on the Share icon.
- Tap Save to Files.
- Select the iOS device or service and tap Save.
- Open the device or service to view saved files.
Copy Photos and Videos to iXpand from iOS Device
- Open Apple Photos app on iOS.
- Tap on Select to select photos and videos to copy to iXpand drive.
- Tap on Photos and Videos to select and tap on Share icon.
- Tap on iXpand Drive.
- Tap on Create New Folder or Save Here to copy files to the root of the drive or existing folders.
- Tap on OK once the files have been copied to iXpand drive.
- Open Apple Files app and tap on iXpand Drive to view files that were copied to iXpand drive.
