The mouth of bottle is restricted by a small hole which makes it easy to control the amount of toner that comes out which is great since it has a watery consistency. Usually I use this after using the L’Oreal Paris Cleansing Milk. I dab a little of it onto a cotton pad and wipe it all over my face and neck. It sinks into the skins within seconds and leaves almost no residue behind. This toner is suitable for all skin types and it doesn’t dry out the skin in anyway. With regular usage it refines the pores to an extent and unlike other toners that I have used in the past this one doesn’t sting. Large and open pores are my biggest skin concern, I wish to have a smooth and radiant skin. Oily skin and long sun exposure can lead to open and large pore size, I have oily skin and that is why I face this issue. I keep trying products which claim to reduce pore size. My take on L’Oreal Paris White Perfect Whitening and Moisturizing Toner:L’Oreal whitening and moisturizing toner comes in a plastic white bottle which has a sturdy blue cap on top. The cap shuts tightly so there is no leakage which makes the packaging travel friendly. The toner has pleasant and mild fragrance which is not over powering at all and it vanishes within 5 minutes of application. The texture of the L’Oreal toner is clear liquid which is runny. I dip cotton pad into the toner and then wipe it on my face, the toner gets absorbed quickly without leaving any residue behind. My face feels fresh and radiant as soon as I apply the toner as it’s very refreshing. This toner leaves my skin soft and refined. I have oily skin and it also controls oil for 2 hours in hot Delhi summer which according to me is pretty good and I am happy. It doesn’t make my skin dry or stretchy like other toner with alcohol do. It’s dermatologically tested so even if you have sensitive skin you can use it. I have not experienced any irritation while using it, it actually calms my skin. I am using it from last 20 days and I have actually seen little improvement in my pore size. My pores now look a bit reduced and my skin looks smooth. One bottle will last for a longer time which makes the toner economical. I am using it from 20 days and it’s just 1/4th finished. It also claims to reduce dark spots improve complexion which I think is not true as I have not seen such effects.
