Delivery times:
We deliver by DHL within 1-3 business days to your home address in Germany and within 3-5 business days to addresses in other European countries. Shipping insurance is always included. Shipping overseas takes around 2-3 weeks with standard service. The delivery times to other countries will be indicated individually.
Because of the relatively small factory inventories at outdoor clothing collections, we can not guarantee for constant availability of all parts of our online collection. You can contact us via email or phone before your order to ask us about the current availability. In case of delivery delays we will inform you via e-mail, fax or telephone. Shipments to mailboxes are not possible.

Information on shipping times calculation:
If your order contains more than one item having different shipping times, we will ship your order in one single delivery as long as there is no other agreement. In this case, the longest shipping time is taken. Please keep in mind that there is no delivery on Sundays and national holidays.
Shipping costs:
- Great Britain [GB], Germany [DE], Austria [AT], Switzerland [CH]: Free shipping delivery. Returns from all countries except Germany have to be paid by the customer.
- EU countries: Please refer to table published in our shipping policy. Returns from EU countries have to be paid by the customer.
- Non-EU countries and Switzerland: Please refer to table published in our shipping policy. For shipments overseas an additional delivery is not possible. Returns have to be paid by the customer.
About deliveries to non-EU countries and incurring additional duties and fees you can find information for example at //auskunft.ezt-online.de/ezto/Welcome.do and especially for Switzerland at //xtares.admin.ch/tares/login/loginFormFiller.do.
For bulky goods we calculate the actual costs as surcharge fee for each product. As an example bulky goods are: Ski [with a length of more than 160 cm], bicycles, mountain bikes, and volume elements for climbing walls. Bulky goods can be recognized by an additional labeling in the product selection, indicating a shipping rate in the prefix, which will be added as an additional charge for the product in the cart. You never pay more than indicated in your shopping cart. Partial delivery causes no additional costs within EU countries and Switzerland; please enter a phone number where you are reachable during the day.
Orders are shipped only when all previous deliveries already have been paid.
The goods are and remain property of eXXpozed - sports & fashion until the complete payment of the invoice sum is made.

Tax / Customs Information Delivery addresses in Switzerland, United Kingdom or outside the European Union
When delivery address is located in Switzerland, United Kingdom or outside the European Union, tax of 19% [DE] is deducted in the checkout. Delivery takes place in Germany.
Costs [Tax [CH], customs cost] that accure when importing to Switzerland have to be paid by the customer and are settled up at delivery by our shipping service provider.
