If you're ok with emulation, I would say grabbing an emulator and using Project64 is your best bet. Back to Nature for the PS1 and Friends of Mineral Town for the GBA have the same characters, but they have slightly different personalities. It's more of an AU, so it can feel pretty familiar, even if it isn't exactly the same. But it's a close second choice. For the record, the only official Bokumono game for the PC right now is Doraemon: Story of Seasons. Marvelous changed localization companies to XSeed, and changed the name to "Story of Seasons". Natsume kept making games under the Harvest Moon IP, but it doesn't actually have anything to do with the series you're more familiar with.
